From Homestar Runner Wiki
From Dangeresque in the Crime Scene Tamperer Soundboard:
Pants is a Euro-art thief and counterfeiter. He started out low and mid-level falutin in Paris but now exclusively high-falutes across the globe. Don't be fooled, those eyebrows are actually a SECOND mustache!! Also, both mustaches can be removed and used as poison darts! Claims to know the difference between apertifs and digestifs but I've seen him mix them up.
Pants Naysmen is a Dangeresque character portrayed by Strong Sad. Visually, he resembles Strong Sad's Bibendum costume from an Easter egg in your funeral, with the stripes removed and facial hair added.
The difference between apertifs and digestifs is that the former is an alcoholic beverage served before a meal, while the latter is served afterward.
