The Informant (played by Strong Sad) is a mysterious character with an unrecognizable accent. He has three brothers throughout the world. The brothers' names are Stinky the Peeve, Stoolie Ratweasel, Cecil VanGough, and the "Moving Man", along with one brother that isn't named. That's five, though, and there are only four broters — it turns out that Stoolie Ratweasel is actually Perducci in disguise.
