Star Wars
- Character Cards — The Unguraits resemble the Jawas from A New Hope.
- Hairstyle Runner — "Padawan dork" refers to the fact that padawans, Jedi apprentices in Star Wars, often wear their hair short with a long, thin ponytail.
- Strong Bad's Message Bored — The page title for when the board was overloaded was "There's Too Many of Them!!!", a popular Star Wars quote. Its most notable use was by Lieutenant Telsij during the Battle of Endor in Return of the Jedi.
- Email Greeting Cards — Strong Bad's card for web cartoonists reads, "Thinking of you...And how terrible your stupid Star Wars spoofs are."

- Email what i want — Strong Bad asks the sender, Talon Jendro, if George Lucas came up with his name. He also mentions that he came from a "computer-generated planet", in reference to the abundance of CGI effects in the Special Editions and Prequel Trilogy of Star Wars.
- Email the movies (DVD commentary) — Homestar and Mike mention the ASCII re-creation of the original Star Wars.
- Email Accent — Strong Bad's "mesa" joke is a reference to the distinctive speech patterns of Jar Jar Binks.
- Strong Badia the Free — Using the glowstick on the katana causes Strong Bad to say, "Glowing swords used to be cool, until someone ruined my childhood", referring to both lightsabers and negative fan reaction to the Star Wars Special Edition and prequel trilogy.
- W00tstock - 18 Jul 2013 — Strong Bad talks about fans wearing costumes of Jango Fett, Boba Fett and Princess Leia, and Homestar references Lobot, all characters of the Star Wars franchise.
- Fan Costumes 2015 — Strong Bad references how one of the people is dressed as an X-wing Pilot using one of Luke Skywalker's lines from the Death Star battle scene.
- Haunted Photo Booth — Homestar waves his glowing bat around and makes lightsaber noises.
- Halloween Hijinks — Strong Bad, imitating Homestar's usual costume compliments, compares Homsar's costume to BB-8 after having been run over by a sandcrawler.

- Email morning routine — Strong Bad calls Strong Sad "Interruptor Jones".
- The System is Down — Strong Bad explaining "We've got our top men working on it 'round the clock" is a reference to what the government representative tells Indiana Jones about the status of the Ark of the Covenant at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark.
- Email best thing (DVD commentary) — Strong Bad compares his research on four-armed Grimace to the Grail diary, Dr. Henry Jones Sr.'s research on the Holy Grail from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
- Email pizza joint — In response to the lengthy name of "Strong Bad's Strong Badian Pizz—", The Ugly One (in a sarcophagus) declares "I belong in a museum!", referencing Jones' refrain from Last Crusade that ancient artifacts "belong in a museum".
- Strong Badia the Free — While in the Homsar Reservation, asking Strong Sad about the tuning fork will prompt him to respond "It belongs in a museum!"
- Dangeresque 3: The Criminal Projective — Dangeresque says that the paintings in the office "belong in a museum!"
- 8-Bit is Enough — When asking Strong Bad to help him find his lucky quarter, Homestar comments, "I hear you're the best digger in Cairo", a modified quote from Raiders.
- Cheat Commandos: Two Part Episode: Part 2 — Subtlefuge's description of Swampslash's abilities is similar to Indiana Jones' exaggerated description of Marcus Brody in Last Crusade: "He speaks a dozen languages[...] He'll blend in, disappear..."
- Halloween Hide & Seek — Asking Strong Bad about The Cheat will result in Strong Bad quoting the same Indiana Jones statement about Marcus Brody used in Cheat Commandos: Two Part Episode: Part 2, verbatim.
- @StrongBadActual tweet (13 Jan 2023) — The Cheat provides an alternative to "tired old Indym'n Jones gifs": an animation of Strong Sad rapidly aging into a skeleton, mirroring Walter Donovan's fate in Last Crusade.
