- Debut: Email no loafing — Strong Bad talks about hanging inspirational posters that "say stuff about determination and giving a care".
- Email modeling (Easter egg) — The ad for "SB Finest Colognac" reads "drink it. or wear it. we don't really give a care".
- Email theme song — The narrator for the "Three Is 4 Tonite" ad says "Coming up later on Three is 4 Tonite: join Mandy, Brandy, Andy, and Scurge, as they learn how to give a care".
Twilight For Two
The Candle Hospital is a building where any who wish can be treated with a "pleasant accident". They are commonly seen with Mr. Candle.
Appearances
- Martha, Where Art Thou? — Homestar appears as a character in the movie's trailer.
- Modjeska — The back entrance has a sign that says "You have reached the dangerous Modjeska's".
- Joe vs. Joe (Easter egg) — Strong Bad was using his pogo stick to perform Joe vs. Joe when the ending was cut.
- Strong Bad Emails — After losing in Bad News, Strong Bad jokingly tells Ramone (SCHOOL WRECK 5's cameraman) to just throw him back into it: "BAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAA!"
- The Blog Owner's Monster (Easter egg) — A "moustached maniac dressed in spooky attire" who pursues the player. The Spooky Cave Leader.

For concealing objects and identities.
Appearances
- Old Flash Stuff — A paper bag icon links to the Old Intro.
- The House that Gave Sucky Treats — The game Strong Bad's Treat Snatcha shows Strong Bad slashing open trick-or-treaters' paper bags. If Marzipan is offered a steak, Strong Bad will drop additional steaks in her paper treat bag.
- Everybody to the Limit — When Strong Bad says "I don't know who it is", an image of a person wearing a paper bag on his head appears.
- Lookin' at a Thing in a Bag — Strong Bad, Strong Mad and The Cheat pretend to look at objects in paper bags to trick Homestar Runner into buying them drinks.
- Seasonal Sweaters — The Cheat's video features a brown "Seasonal Sweaters Bag".
- Email impression — The Cheat mocks up a paper bag to look like one of Strong Sad's soolnds, and wins the lookalike contest three years running using this strategy.
