Professor Experimento
From Homestar Runner Wiki
From Dangeresque in the Crime Scene Tamperer Soundboard:
Experimento is a crazed inventor who works outside of both Nature's Laws and The Law's Laws. Sometimes I can get him to build me cool stuff like lasers and rocket ships, but he turns to crime when he needs to finance manufacturing Death Laser Mini (for moms!)TM or perform the unethical "Brainducken Surgery" on himself (that's an octopus brain inside a crow brain inside a chimp brain dredged in cornmeal and fried in cranial fluid!)
Professor Experimento, played by Pom Pom, is the super genius, rocket scientist and formula specialist in Dangeresque 3: The Criminal Projective. He apparently got Dangeresque kicked out of the space program in 1983 over some unidentified event involving a plastic bag of scorpions, back in Dangeresque 0: The Prequel Begins. Dangeresque claims that it was because Experimento stole his design for a rocket that runs on tomato soup, which resulted in the manufacturing of the Ruby Powered Rocket.
Despite this, Experimento is more than happy to remake Cutesy Buttons's rainforest formula. In return, Dangeresque returns the Ruby Powered Rocket's launch codes and ruby, which he steals back from Perducci and Sultry Buttons, respectively. Whether or not Professor Experimento and Dangeresque become friends again is unclear; Experimento is willing to help Dangeresque find Renaldo in Dangeresque Foxhunt, but the two are pitted against each other in Crime Scene Tamperer.
Experimento is mentioned in Dangeresque Roomisode 3: Keep My Enemies, Loser. One of the assassins attempting to murder Perducci tries to drop a satellite bearing Experimento's name and likeness onto the kingpin by tracking his personal phone. Based on Dangeresque's reactions to the satellite afterwards it is implied that Experimento himself was complicit in this attempt. This is also consistent with his characterization in Crime Scene Tamperer, where he appears as one of the criminals, depicted as a crazed inventor who turns to crime to finance unethical experiments like giving himself "Brainducken Surgery".
Experimento has messy gray hair and a mustache reminiscent of Albert Einstein. He wears glasses in his initial appearance, but his redesign in Dangeresque Foxhunt instead gives him welding goggles, with a lab coat being added in his Crime Scene Tamperer appearance.
