Lobbying for a page.
We have a page for the Compy Inc. corporation. Why not Tandy? They made the Tandy 400, the Tangerine Dreams, the Monosodium Dreams and allgedgedly the "computer" from the facts. There may be more, I don't know off the top of my head. Anyway, they have made 3, 4 computers. Compy made 3 also, or 5 if you count the Grampy and the Roomivac. I say we make one. I would, but my thrill for H*R is low ever since the recent baby-break, and I'm not in the mood for dissapointment. So, before we make it, shall we decide if this page is needed BEFORE it is made? - The catch is that we don't know what the Tandy's company is called. (Strictly speaking, we don't know that Compy, Inc.'s name is Compy, Inc., AFAIK, but we know it's Compy, at least.) --Jay (Talk) 23:36, 31 January 2010 (UTC)
- In case it's been forgotten, Tandy was the actual computer company that made the TRS-80 computer, sold by Radio Shack back in the 1980s/90s. I know because I had one -- horribly primitive by today's standards, but a good starter computer for early users. See the Wikipedia article on "Tandy Corporation" for more on this. I feel this deserves a mention. TBC have updated the original "Watch Intro/Come on in" page with Homestar smiling and an extra "Shop our Store" Option.

Fanstuff Wiki's return
I think that we should have some header of other message on the KB informing users of the return of the HRFWiki, since many people have probably stopped checking for it's return by now. (I mentioned this idea earlier as an anonymous editor.) Shine Sprite (complain) 02:59, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
Dangeresque
Why do the transcripts of the Dangeresque toons refer to the characters as their real names instead of their Dangeresque names? RickTommy 07:56, 2 February 2010 (UTC)

Talkheader like Wikipedia?
We should have a talkheader template like wikipedia so that it's the first thing people see on the page, which will give them insight to what to do, and to sign posts, and other useful information/links. How about that?

- Who said it was gonna get cancelled? If it ever does, I'm sure TBC will leave the site up. No the wiki is not "going down with it". This is a knowledge base, so if TBC stops making toons, we still have work to do.--

Time for Archive?
I'm not the most active member here, but I know when a page is getting cluttered. I think it's time for another archive before TBC starts making toons again and we get more traffic. The Swedish Ace 15:36, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
- I concur. The page can grow extremely quickly, especially after a new toon. I say it is time to clear the page. The page is already lag-creating for slower computers. I think is time to archive it.--Jellote wuz here 16:28, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
How to pronounce?
How do you pronounce the wiki's name? Is it H R Wiki, Her-wiki, Hra-wiki? I've always wondered. Does it really matter either way?--Jellote wuz here 16:30, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
- I pronounce it "Homestar Runner Wiki". Interestingly, the Chaps call Homestar Runner (the body of work, not the character) just Homestar, and so they call us the Homestar Wiki. To answer the question you actually asked, I'd say the first two letters separately if I had to pronounce the domain name. And of course it matters. — It's dot com 17:11, 15 February 2010 (UTC)

Sbemail page update?
I was going through some old sbemails and found that a sticky note was put on the Compe saying "buy sbemails on dvd!" When clicked, it links to the store's sbemail section. Has anyone else reported this? SuperLuigi 18:06, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
