This is Theycallmefree's userpage, version X.0. I am a new user.
Me and Homestar Runner
Well, in late 2008, my brother told me about this website called "homestarrunner.com." He wanted to check it out, and he showed me the main pages. The first main page I saw was Main Page 7. I wasn't horribly disgusted or anything, but I figured the whole site would be gross and bloody and stuff, so I didn't visit the site again until about a week or two later, because I was bored. I spent a long time just looking at all the main pages, and never went in the site. Well, after a while i finally clicked on something on the What's new button, which turned out to be Coach Z's 110%. I was hooked. I first started watching Teen Girl Squad for some reason and then I started watching Character Videos and toons. To this day homestarrunner.com remains my favorite website.
The Wiki
I don't remember how I discovered the wiki (Like many other things...) but I was hooked. I found out about the tab button trick (one of the greatest moments of my life) and all the secret pages and history and stuff about homestarrunner. I finally decided to join the wiki, this is the first wiki I've joined, so I'm not sure how this will turn out. I'm not a rocket scientist. And the glass IS half-empty.

Non H*R interests
I used to be a real big NASCAR fan, and I'm still a fan, just not much anymore. I also like most sports (EXCEPT BAiSEBALL) and my favorite college team is WVU.
Musical interests: I'm mostly a fan of rock. Alternative rock, sometimes. Artists: Counting Crows, Train (yes, it's how I got my username), Switchfoot (Buy Hello Hurricane in September), Reckless Kelly (Country), and, uh..., Dave Matthews Band, kinda. And also, the newest added band to this: NEEDTOBREATHE! They don't get enough respect.
Periods.
When I first came here, just about all I did was add periods. I pretty much flooded recent changes, but now just about all the articles have periods. I just did the random page, and looked around the page. I usually just put "period" in my edit summaries, but I changed it every once in a while. Once I wrote a very long one, and I got first talk page comment (Jay), which was less pleasant than I hoped for my first post. Oh well, I deserved it. Theycallmefree Breaks the S key! (5/28/09)
THEYCALLMEFREE'S LAPTOP- The unexpected happened last night on Theycallmefree's laptop. He opened it up and...THE S KEY WAS MISSING!!!! The skin for the key came off, and only the little thing that...you know. Doe not worry, though. Theycallmefree can still use this key, but it is much harder and cannot type regularly. When questioned, he had this to say: "Crap!" Will this tragedy be repaired? Only time can tell! (From staff, wire reports)
