From Homestar Runner Wiki
The criminal mastermind behind stealing Dangeresque's curly fries one time...
or is he?Szechuan Steve is a minor villain in the Dangeresque series, portrayed by The Cheat. He is named after Szechuan cuisine and wears an empty box of Chinese food on his head.
In "The Curly Fried Caper", Dangeresque claims that Szechuan Steve stole his curly fries one time. After finding out that he broke out of jail, he and Dangeresque Too track him down and take back the curly fries, which Szechuan Steve was apparently still in possession of. Theirs was a hollow victory, however, as the true culprit is implied to be an unnamed villain played by Shark-Tooth Bubs.
