In Baddest of the Bands, almost every character becomes part of a band to participate in Strong Bad's Battle Royale of the Bands.

Cool Tapes

Main Article: Cool Tapes

Members: Marzipan (guitar, lyrics), Strong Mad (bass), The Cheat (drums)

The Cool Tapes are a rock band formed by Marzipan. They are disqualified after Marzipan writes a song about the "not very nice" things she suspected judges Limozeen of performing.

Two-O Duo

Members: Bubs (turntable, keytar), Coach Z (lyrics, dancing)

Two-O Duo is Bubs' and Coach Z's rap group. They have released one known album, titled "DeButt". They rhyme about TPing The Stick, throwing rocks through Marzipan's windows, and stealing things from Bubs' Concession Stand. They break up after Coach Z punches Bubs during his dance.

PomStar

Members: Pom Pom (keyboard), Homestar Runner (lyrics)

PomStar is a soul band formed by Pom Pom and Homestar Runner. They lose after Homestar repeats some non sequiturs from the Drive-Thru Whale that his headphones pick up.

DÖI

Members: Strong Bad (lyrics), The King of Town (guitar), Homsar (theremin)

DÖI is a death metal band formed by Strong Bad.

What the initials "DÖI" stand for can be changed by the player. The options are:

• Second Word (chosen by The King of Town):

As Strong Bad makes his way to the emergency prop release on the top floor of the stage, he prompts all the members, including himself, to perfom crowd-pleasing stunts that help them win.
